New construction, established neighborhoods, and everything in between
The original town of Aledo covers only about two square miles, but the Aledo ISD area around it has grown dramatically. Master-planned communities like Walsh, near where I-30 meets I-20, and Morningstar have added thousands of new homes, some of them with a Fort Worth address and Aledo ISD schools.
Newer homes bring their own HVAC needs. Builder-installed systems go in fast, and the first few years are when it pays to register warranties, check filters often while construction dust settles, and keep up with tune-ups. In established neighborhoods closer to downtown, more systems are reaching the 15-year mark, when the repair-or-replace question starts coming up.
Systems built since January 1, 2025 also use newer, lower-impact refrigerants like R-454B, so it helps to work with a team that services both the newest equipment and the older units down the street.

Aledo HVAC questions
Wondering about your new build or older home? Call us at 817-863-1841.
My Walsh or Morningstar home is only a few years old. Does it really need maintenance?
Yes. New systems still collect dust, especially while surrounding lots are under construction, and builder installs don't always get fine-tuned. Early tune-ups catch small issues like a clogged drain line or a loose connection while the equipment is still under warranty.
Should I register the warranty on my builder-installed system?
Yes. Many manufacturers require registration within a set window after installation to get the full parts warranty. Check your closing paperwork or the manufacturer's website, and keep a record of every tune-up.
Do you serve Walsh homes with a Fort Worth address?
Yes. Parts of Walsh carry a Fort Worth address while being zoned to Aledo ISD, and we serve them exactly the same as any other Aledo-area home.
Do you charge extra for the drive to Aledo?
No. Aledo gets the same service call rate as every other town we serve, with no mileage or trip charge inside our service area.
