HVAC repair & installation in Haslet & the Alliance Corridor
Haslet has grown faster than almost anywhere in Tarrant County, so most homes here are new. We help Haslet homeowners get the most out of builder-installed systems and keep them running for the long haul.

A small railroad town turned one of the fastest-growing places in North Texas
Haslet took shape around 1883 when the Gulf, Colorado and Santa Fe Railway came through, and for decades it was a small farming community with a cotton gin. That changed after Alliance Airport opened next door in 1989. Haslet's population went from about 2,000 in the 2020 census to an estimated 5,267 by 2025, according to Census Bureau estimates.
That means a lot of brand-new homes with brand-new HVAC systems, and new doesn't mean maintenance-free. Construction dust clogs filters fast in the first year, builder-installed systems don't always get fine-tuned, and manufacturer warranties often depend on registration and regular maintenance.
Homes finished recently may also have equipment built after January 1, 2025, which uses newer, lower-impact refrigerants like R-454B. We service both the newest systems and the older ones in Haslet's original neighborhoods.

Haslet HVAC questions
Just moved in and have questions? Call us at 817-863-1841.
My new Haslet home's AC is only a year old. Does it need a tune-up?
Yes. The first year is when issues from a quick builder install tend to show up, like a drain line that isn't sloped quite right, refrigerant that isn't perfectly charged, or airflow that needs adjusting. Catching them early keeps small problems from becoming warranty claims.
Why does my new home's air filter get dirty so fast?
Drywall dust from your own build, plus ongoing construction on nearby lots, loads filters quickly. Check yours every month during the first year, and change it whenever it looks gray.
Does maintenance affect my new system's warranty?
It can. Many manufacturer warranties require the system to be registered and professionally maintained. Keep records of every visit, and check your warranty paperwork for the exact requirements.
Do you also work on older homes around Haslet?
Yes. Along with new construction, we service older homes in and around Haslet’s original townsite and the surrounding north Tarrant County area.
